TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE JK International GmbH GIVE-AWAY
These conditions of participation refer to the competition of JK International GmbH, Köhlershohner Straße 60, 53578 Windhagen (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram.
1) Duration of the Give-Away
The duration of the competition is from 15.05. to 21.05.2024 at midnight. The winner will be determined on Wednesday (22.05.24) at 2 pm.

and the agreement to these conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3) Eligible participants
Eligible are natural persons who are resident in the European Union and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Should a participant be limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the sweepstakes, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The prize draw includes a gift set with Devoted Creations lotions worth EUR 400.
The winners will be determined after the closing date as part of a random draw among all participants.
The winners will be informed promptly via private message, linking in the associated channel story and/or email. Each winner must contact devotedcreations.eu via email or direct message within 1 week. If a winner does not get in touch within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer.
The prize will be handed over by package shipping at the expense of the organizer exclusively to the winner or the winner’s legal representative. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.
5) Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer shall make use of this option in particular if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may demand reimbursement from this person for the damage incurred.
6) Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular first name, last name, address and e-mail address are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. The participants are entitled to the statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
7) Revocation
The participant is free at any time to cause the deletion of his registration data by revocation under info@ergoline.de and thus to withdraw from the participation.

The competition of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
9) Severability clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation shall not be affected thereby.
